Our Poland-Ukraine 2022 Tour is a uniquely crafted itinerary containing some of the most spectacular regions, sites, and views dispersed across this side of eastern Europe. With our exclusive tour, you will be able to not only explore some of the most popular destinations in the best way but also witness some truly hidden gems.

This tour will start with taking you through some of the best cities and sites in Poland to witness its thickest versions of art, culture, history, food, and a lot more. Then we move to Ukraine and explore the country, its cities, and mountain side like never before. With us, you’re sure to get a comfortable, memorable, and once-in-a-lifetime experience. Day 1

1st June (HOME COUNTRY/ WARSAW)

Get Acquainted in & with Warsaw!

Arrive in Warsaw and transfer to your hotel. Once you’re settled in, our tour guide(s) will take you on an orientation walk through the Old Town to get you prepped up for your tour.

Later in the evening, everyone gets an opportunity to get acquainted over a “Welcome to Poland” dinner together.

Day 2

2nd June (WARSAW)

A Historic Expedition into Architecture & Culture on
Cobbled Streets!

After a wonderful breakfast, we explore the Old Town district with our fabulous local guide. With cobblestone streets, historic squares, and gothic churches, the Old Town is a must-see for everyone.

Today’s tour covers all the main highlights like the Palace of Culture, the Royal Route, Lazienki Garden, the Sigismund’s column, and Royal Castle.

In the afternoon, you get some much-needed free time to explore the city. Warsaw has plenty to keep you occupied and busy if you wish to continue exploring the city centre independently.

Day 3

3rd June (WARSAW/
WROCLAW)

Tour Through the Old City of
12 Islands!

After breakfast, we drive through the Polish countryside from Warsaw to Wroclaw (late afternoon arrival).

Wroclaw is a very charming old city and is built on 12 islands surrounded by several canals and rivers. More than 120 bridges link the islands, which are adorned with delightful buildings reflecting the city’s past. In the evening, we take a river cruise through the canals of the city (depending on weather).

Day 4

4th June (WROCLAW)

The Multi-Cultural
Architecture Day!

Today’s exclusive tour will display rich Bohemian, Hungarian, Austrian, Russian, and German influences as we explore the many beautiful and historic sites the city of Wroclaw has to offer.

Some of the places we will visit are the old town, Ostrow Tumsko, Wroclaw Cathedral, and the Oder riverside promenade.

Day 5

5th June (WROCLAW/ AUSCHWITZ/KRAKOW)

The Sad-But-True Holocaust Tour in Auschwitz!

After breakfast, we depart for the city of Krakow. On route, we visit one of the most significant places in Poland (on a comprehensive tour) – The Auschwitz Museum and Birkenau Camp in Oświęcim. Here you can deeply explore several symbols and other remains of the holocaust; along with memorials for the victims of the Nazis.

After you reach your hotel later in the afternoon, you get the rest of the day to explore the old city.

Day 6

6th June (KRAKOW)

Live Like a King in the
City for Kings!

A city built by the kings, Krakow is the second largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland.

We start the day with breakfast and then leave for our (old) city tour. Some of today’s highlights include visits to the main square, Wawel Castle, Barbican & St. Florian’s Gate, St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall, St. Adalbert’s Church, and the Town Hall Tower.

Later, we will also visit the Jewish Quarters, breath-taking Christian churches, old Jewish synagogues, historical buildings from the former city of Kazimier, Schindler’s Factory, and remains of the Ghetto walls and Main Square.

In the evening, we will enjoy some entertainment and introduction to Polish folklore, traditions, and culture. We hope you leave enough space in your tummies because today’s dinner includes several delicious traditional Polish dishes.

Day 7

7th June (KRAKOW (SALT MINES)/PREMYSHL)

Salt Mines & Old Towns!

This morning after an early breakfast we visit one of the largest tourist attractions in Poland, the “Wieliczka” or Salt Mine. This historic site is registered on the UNESCO list and visited by over a million tourists every year. The mine’s galleries with various artworks, underground chapels, and statues sculpted in salt make it a fascinating pilgrimage into the past.

After lunch we travel to Premyshl Przemysl, often known as “the little Lviv”. Premyshl Przemysl is a beautiful city with lovely monuments, churches, old townhouses, and a fortress.

The Old Town and a majority of its buildings are from the Austro–Hungarian period, and are perfect examples of Central European, Habsburg-style architecture. We stroll along the historic streets with our guide and take in the atmosphere, education, and sights of this quaint city.

Day 8

8th June (PREMYSHL/LVIV)

PREMYSHL/LVIV

After breakfast, we depart for the city of Lviv, also known as the pearl of western Ukraine or the city of Lions. The city is famous for its unique beauty, monuments, and variety of architectural styles. The central part of Lviv, “The Old Town”, full of narrow cobbled stone streets, magnificent churches and lovely homes is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Check in to your hotel, have your lunch, and take some time to relax and recharge before leaving for a late afternoon orientation tour of Lviv’s Old town.

Day 9

9th June (LVIV)

A Full Day & Night of
Truly LVIV’IN!

Wake up, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and depart for a full day tour of Lviv.

Today begins with a city-wide tour of this unspoiled jewel in Europe with our highly knowledgeable local guide. The tour includes the Independence Prospect, Chocolate Factory, Coffee Mine, Opera Theatre, Assumption Church, Italian Court, Market Square, and the Ancient Armenian Quarters & University.

Later in the evening, enjoy some free time to shop at Lviv’s famous artisan bazaar or explore some of the city’s many charming coffee houses. Dinner at the Famous Krajivka restaurant.

Post dinner, you can either continue exploring and enjoying the buzzing nightlife – as the old town comes to life, or get some beauty sleep back at the hotel.

Day 10

10th June (LVIV/
IVANO-FRANKIVSK)

A Scenic Drive-Through!

After breakfast we spend the morning sightseeing Lviv’s historic Lychakivsky Cemetery, the artisan Bazaar and enjoying the panoramic view of Lviv from Vysokyj Zamok. In the afternoon, we travel through a scenic route to the beautiful city of Ivano-Frankivsk.

Day 11

11th June (IVANO-FRANKIVSK)

Greenery, History, &
Baroque Architecture!

As a gateway to the Ukrainian Carpathians, Ivano-Frankivsk is a charming city with its beautiful parks, lush gardens, European-style houses, and historical monuments. The city is also highly unique because of its elegant baroque style of architecture.

We will take an afternoon tour in the heart of the city which includes the Metrivka Pedestrian Way, Market Square, City Hall, and some other tourist attractions.

Day 12

12th June (CARPATHIAN MOUNTAINS/YAREMCHE)

Mountains, Bazaars, Art, & Pysanky!

After breakfast, we travel to the quaint town of Kolomyia. The tour begins with a visit to the impressive Ethnographic Museum and the Pysanka Museum – the world’s only museum of Pysanka. The stunning aspect of this museum is that its building is made in the form of a huge Easter egg. The museum’s collection includes about 10,000 exhibits representing the tradition of Pysanka paintings from different regions of the country.

In the afternoon, we travel to the Carpathian resort town of Yaremche. Here, you can spend your time shopping at the large artisan bazaar featuring traditional Hutsul treasures of embroidery, wood working, weaving, and pottery.

After the tour, we return to Ivano-Frankivsk to board an overnight sleeper train to Kyiv.

Day 13

13th June (KYIV)

The Golden Domed Tour Day!

Arrive early in the morning to Kyiv – the 1500-year-old capital city of Ukraine. Kyiv is a city rich in architectural and historical sites and is also regarded as one of the most beautiful capitals of Eastern Europe.

Check into your centrally located hotel called the Ukrajina and meet up with your tour director/tour guide and travel companions/group.

After you’re settled, we embark on a tour of the golden-domed Kyiv. Our local guide will take you on through the historical paths of the city and explore the world-famous sights.

The tour begins with visits to the Independence Square, Verhkovna Rada, St. Vladymyrs Cathedral, Kyiv Opera Theatre, Rastrelli’s masterpiece, Golden Gate, Red University, & Taras Shevchenko Monument.

In the evening, you get some free time to explore Kyiv’s main street of Kreschatyk with its many outdoor cafes & shops.

Day14

14th June (KYIV)

After breakfast, we continue our city tour into Kyiv’s world of art & architecture. Some of the main highlights of today’s tour includes St. Andrews Church, St. Sophia’s 11c., St. Archangel Michael’s Golden Domes Monastery built in 12th century, Museum of the Famine, & many other famous monuments and landmarks. Be sure to keep your cameras ready to click!

Day 15

15th June (KYIV/ HOME COUNTRY)

Savour the final breakfast of your tour, click some pictures, say your goodbyes, and transfer to the Borispol International Airport to depart for your home country.

Don’t forget to collect all your belongings, gifts, souvenirs, and other collectibles from your trip.
